Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within student data and systems management
- Strong understanding of student information systems and associated business processes
- Excellent strategic and operational planning skills
- Ability to foster collaboration between various stakeholders
- Knowledge of sector best practices in student data and systems
- Experience in managing budgets, KPIs, and service standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive change initiatives and process improvements
Responsibilities
- Lead the Student Data & Systems Team to ensure high-quality delivery against plans and service standards
- Provide strategic guidance on student data and systems to support University priorities
- Drive enhancements to student-related processes and systems to improve efficiency
- Build collaborative relationships with Schools and Professional Services to ensure exceptional data quality
- Manage system configuration, upgrades, and testing for student information systems
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
