Requirements
Must:
- A degree in Computer Science or Data Science
- Experience with Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, and OCR
- Strong programming skills in relevant languages
- Familiarity with database design and management
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Understanding of BIM workflows and software (e.g., Revit) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical development of a bespoke AI-powered platform
- Extract structured data from supplier documents using ML/NLP/CV/OCR
- Build a scalable product database and knowledge layer
- Develop agentic-based chatbot tools
- Automate compliance, sustainability validation, and finishes schedules
- Integrate outputs with BIM workflows and internal systems
- Support user-centric design, change management, and adoption across TSK
