Responsibilities
- Lead the Digital Experience & Development team in implementing the university’s digital presence and developing innovative digital solutions.
- Oversee the development and execution of the strategy and roadmap for core IS systems, ensuring excellence in service delivery, user experience, and compliance with governance standards.
- Manage the transition to new technologies and agile practices, ensuring successful delivery of digital projects.
- Act as the key contact for all digital development initiatives across the university, facilitating major projects and strategic planning.
- Balance and manage the pipeline of change and ongoing operations to meet diverse user needs.
