Requirements
Must:
- Significant experience with Microsoft 365 tools and solutions design
- Proven ability in process improvement and workflow automation
- Strong understanding of business productivity applications
- Experience coordinating projects and managing solution pipelines
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Ability to mentor and support team members
- Solid knowledge in security and testing best practices
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, creation, and implementation of advanced business productivity solutions using Microsoft 365 tools
- Act as the subject matter expert for M365 productivity solutions
- Support business teams to maximize the value of M365
- Ensure best practices in solution design, documentation, and user support
- Identify opportunities for innovation in process automation
- Coordinate the management of the solutions pipeline process
- Monitor the M365 release roadmap and support user adoption
- Play a key role in stakeholder engagement and upskilling
- Drive continuous improvement of M365 services
