Responsibilities
- Lead the Digital Experience & Development team in enhancing the University’s digital presence across core platforms.
- Develop and implement a strategy and roadmap for digital solutions, ensuring adherence to service delivery standards.
- Oversee the CRM strategy, aligning it with the strategic ambitions of the University.
- Manage the transition to new Microsoft technologies and Agile practices.
- Balance and deliver a pipeline of change and maintenance tasks to meet diverse user needs.
- Serve as the key point of contact for digital development across the University, supporting major projects and strategic planning.
