Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of collaboration and productivity platforms from strategic planning to daily operations.
- Lead a dedicated team responsible for tools like Microsoft 365, Zoom, Dropbox, and Jira/Confluence.
- Develop and execute long-term strategies in alignment with the Universitys goals, including the rollout of M365 Copilot.
- Drive user adoption and engagement to empower staff and students to work more collaboratively.
- Explore emerging technologies to unlock new opportunities for efficiency and creativity.
- Manage budgets and monitor vendor performance, ensuring service levels are maintained.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and creative problem-solving within the team.
- Ensure that collaboration services are resilient and user-focused, adapting to the evolving needs of the university community.
