Requirements
Must:
We require a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with VisionPLUS development. The ideal candidate should also have experience in application support, enhancements, and performance tuning. Familiarity with incident and change management processes is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are a must. We value the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid team setup.
Responsibilities
As a VisionPLUS Developer, I will rely on you to develop and maintain VisionPLUS-based solutions while ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Your work will involve various VisionPLUS modules based on project needs, and you will articulate both business and technical requirements to implement scalable changes. Collaboration is key, so you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA, and project managers. You will also need to debug, optimize, and troubleshoot complex VisionPLUS code issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining technical documentation and participating in code reviews. Your support will extend to the implementation, testing, and deployment of VisionPLUS solutions in production environments.
Description
This role is positioned within the banking and financial services industry.
