Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in developing scripts for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) mass data from diverse sources and formatting.
- At least 4 years of experience with SQL Server and SQL database development, including SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
- A solid understanding of control flow tasks and data flow components.
- Familiarity with multidimensional and tabular models.
- Knowledge of normalization processes.
- Ability to perform query tuning, optimize stored procedures, and develop effective indexing strategies.
- Understanding of SQL transaction processing.
- Capability to write stored procedures for transactional systems and data modeling.
- Strong knowledge of primary and foreign key relationships.
- Familiarity with exception handling methodologies.
- Excellent data modeling skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate large volumes of data.
- An in-depth understanding of data management practices, including permissions, backup, recovery, security, and monitoring.
- An ability to comprehend front-end user requirements and possess a problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation to explain the implemented solutions.

In this role, I will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust database solutions that ensure the accuracy, accessibility, and performance of our data systems. I will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. My day-to-day activities will include working on data extraction, transformation, and loading processes, collaborating with various teams to meet their data needs, and ensuring that all database solutions adhere to best practices.
