Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of professional experience working with Go in production.
- Strong experience with RESTful API development.
- Proficiency in writing unit tests, integration tests, and working with testing frameworks.
- Experience working with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerised environments.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Elasticsearch or Redis. - Familiarity with GraphQL. - Previous work on third-party integrations (e.g., Stripe, Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce). - Experience handling file manipulation (PDF, SVG, images, spreadsheet/csv, etc.). - Experience with cloud services such as AWS or GCP SDKs.Responsibilities
You'll be the main point of contact for the backend development. You'll work on small tasks until you feel at ease with the environment and code base. Once the adaptation is done, we'll have two greenfield projects for you to contribute to. You'll work closely with our front-end team to deliver the best products/experience to our B2B customers.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services in Go.
- Design and integrate APIs to support our platform’s growth.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code.
- Work with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and containerised environments using Docker.
- Ensure code reliability through unit and integration testing.
