Requirements
Must:
- Experience in IT support or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar support ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Azure cloud solutions
- Ability to create and configure software environments
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Answering the support phone line
- Providing online assistance using Microsoft Teams
- Responding to support tickets in Zendesk
- Assisting the Implementation team in building and configuring clocking terminals
- Packaging and preparing goods for shipping
- Creating client environments, setting up software, and importing client data
- Building and configuring shift patterns, overtime rules, and holiday entitlements
- Configuring user accounts for clients
- Providing basic user training
- Contributing articles and videos to the Knowledge Base
- Supporting a Cloud-Based Solution in Azure
- Exploring job development opportunities to transition into a Chronicle Project Manager role
