Requirements

Must:
- 4+ years experience working in a technical support or similar role - 3+ years experience in a client-facing role - Good understanding of web-based applications and APIs with practical experience using Postman/curl or similar to debug endpoints - Comfortable digging into API responses, inspecting web elements, and searching through logs to find the root cause of an issue - Experience using a ticketing system like Jira to manage the support process end-to-end - Proactive approach to work, looking for improvements in documentation, automation, and internal processes - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to confidently communicate with clients, prospects, engineers, and colleagues - Good organizational skills to manage a busy workload effectively

Responsibilities

- Provide excellent first and second-line support for technical queries about our platform, resolving issues promptly - Own the triage process to act as a definitive filter for the engineering team - Manage client expectations and ensure realistic deadlines through excellent communication - Prioritize issues based on client satisfaction - Identify opportunities for automation and suggest improvements to processes - Develop and maintain product documentation and onboarding materials - Summarize common pain points into actionable feedback for the Product team - Help design and iterate on support and onboarding workflows - Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Communicate effectively with clients, assisting major brands like TUI and Expedia - Provide pre-sale support to sales and customer success teams - Manage integrations of new clients and troubleshoot issues during the onboarding process - Ensure timely completion of client integrations by monitoring progress and resolving challenges
