Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in IT project management, delivering large-scale, complex programmes
- Deep practical knowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and experience closing compliance gaps
- Proven track record in enterprise-wide IT initiatives (e.g., identity management, network segmentation, EDR deployments)
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 or SOC2 standards
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Agile credentials highly desirable
- Strong understanding of IT service lifecycle and collaboration with architecture and operations teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project)
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex IT projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
- Apply consistent project methodologies and governance standards across all initiatives
- Manage risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies
- Oversee resource allocation and vendor management for critical projects
- Ensure alignment with NIST Cybersecurity Framework and Cyber Essentials requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and clear communication throughout project lifecycles
- Mentor and develop project managers and coordinators within the team
- Provide accurate reporting and performance analysis to senior leadership
