A strong foundation in both Web Development and Application Development is essential. It would be advantageous if you have experience with diverse technologies, including Java, APIs, and data visualization platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, building, and deploying front- and back-end features using technologies such as PHP, Node.js, and SQL, while implementing and maintaining system integrations like ERP and CRM tools. - Taking ownership of all BAU maintenance, small enhancements, and defect fixes across our intranet and public-facing websites, adhering to agreed service level agreements (SLAs). - Maintaining custom extensions and modules across various CMS platforms while following professional development practices. - Upholding strict security and compliance standards, running regular checks, and patching vulnerabilities promptly. - Focusing on performance by meeting Core Web Vitals targets, optimizing code, and monitoring uptime. - Collaborating with the Development Manager on the product roadmap and managing priorities and delivery estimates. - Measuring success through SLA adherence, release quality, security posture, delivery predictability, and tech-debt reduction. - Engaging in regular check-ins and producing monthly reports on releases and incidents. ###
