- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Passion for learning and staying updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices
- Experience of leading / delivering large projects
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design application architecture and develop technical solutions that align with business objectives and best practices.
- Allocate development work within the team based on skill set and ensure coding standards and best practices are being followed.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical resources from other functions, testers, and business analysts, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and design principles.
- Review code and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Design and oversee the integration of Blue Yonders applications with external systems and third-party software.
- Inform integration strategies, protocols, and data exchange mechanisms to ensure seamless interoperability.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Blue Yonders platform, including supply chain management and retail planning applications.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and system documentation.
Description
We are looking for a Blue Yonder Technical Lead to join our team in Nuneaton, offering a hybrid work model. This full-time, permanent position involves guiding the application roadmap, overseeing design and development changes, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 per annum, car allowance, 33 days of holiday, pension and life assurance, employee assistance programs, and wellbeing support.
