Must:
We are looking for a Contract Technical Business Analyst who has strong experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), End User Computing (EUC), and Service Management. You should have a proven ability to run workshops and engage with team members to assess their roles and responsibilities. A strong understanding of end-to-end processes related to Business As Usual (BAU) activities and the ability to identify bottlenecks and issues in current workflows are essential. Additionally, familiarity with the systems and technology used in these processes is required.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to conduct workshops with various team members to gain insights into their daily tasks and project-related activities. You will be responsible for documenting and analyzing end-to-end processes related to BAU activities, including ticket completion. Your analysis should help us optimize our processes and understand how different teams and third parties interact. Ultimately, your goal will be to provide recommendations for improving our current operational framework.
Description
This is an initial 5-week contract position with a pay rate of £(Apply online only) per day, and the role is outside IR35. The work is hybrid, requiring some site visits to Cardiff and Basingstoke, with a start date as soon as possible.
