- Strong knowledge of TypeScript, with experience in React, Next.js, Node, and Three.js preferred. Ideally, we are looking for Full Stack developers, but we are open to candidates with a Frontend or Backend focus.
- Familiarity with modern development practices and tools.
- Ability to clearly articulate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Confidence to engage in client meetings and discussions.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn and collaborate with a diverse team.
Desirable Experience:
- Previous internship or project experience in a startup or agile environment is a plus.
- Driver’s license (for site visits).
- Experience working with Unity is preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement features by building robust, scalable components using TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node, and Three.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, working closely with product management and design teams to transform ideas into functional code.
- Engage in rapid prototyping, quickly translating product requirements into working software and adapting to changes as necessary.
- Participate in client interactions, explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and gathering feedback.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and maintain a high standard of code quality under tight deadlines.
- Document your code and development processes to ensure clarity and maintainability.
