Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or Senior Developer
- Strong technical expertise in C#.NET, Oracle, SQL, RabbitMQ, or Kafka
- Experience managing small, agile teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities under pressure
- Previous experience in large organizations that are undergoing significant change
Responsibilities
As the Software Development Team Lead, I will guide a talented development team in delivering high-quality software enhancements, resolving support issues, and driving process improvements. I will play a key role in balancing hands-on technical delivery with leadership responsibilities while ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, to specification, and with excellence.
Description
