Description
We are a global high-frequency trading (HFT) proprietary trading firm that has recently expanded into decentralized markets. We are looking to hire several Rust Engineers to help build a new trading platform, with this position being available fully remotely anywhere in Europe. We will provide payment via a B2B contract. The product you will be working on covers the full life cycle of trading, including exchange connectivity, order management, and order clearing. We offer a competitive package that includes a base salary of up to $120,000, performance-based bonuses averaging between 40% and 60% but can be as high as 100%, 26 days of annual leave (increasing with service), health cover, dental cover, and fully remote working.
