Requirements
Must:
- Extensive hands-on experience supporting Oracle Cloud Financials in large enterprise environments
- Strong functional knowledge of core modules (GL, AP, AR)
- Experience supporting period close and ensuring financial data integrity
- Exposure to Oracle EPM (PBCS, ARCS, FCCS) and treasury-related applications
- Understanding of SOX controls and financial compliance
- Experience working with MSPs and ITIL-based support models
- Confident engaging stakeholders across Finance and IT
Responsibilities
- Act as lead support for Oracle Cloud Financials across the organisation
- Manage configuration, user support, and issue resolution
- Support period close activities and maintain data integrity
- Deliver small enhancements end-to-end (requirements, UAT, deployment)
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud upgrades and testing cycles
- Transition project work into BAU support
- Provide training and guidance to finance users
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Support Analyst to join our large, enterprise-scale finance systems environment on a 12-month contract, fully remote. This hands-on role will act as the bridge between our finance teams, IT, and a third-party managed service provider, supporting and enhancing Oracle Cloud Financials across multiple business units. We value deep functional Oracle Financials knowledge and strong accounting understanding. You will have the opportunity to work in a complex, regulated environment, engage with various stakeholders, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
