Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with 5-7 years of experience in data science, especially in leadership roles. You should possess strong skills in Python, machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, SQL, and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP. You’ll need expertise in advanced techniques like supervised and unsupervised learning, optimization, and anomaly detection. Additionally, we value strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and strategic thinking.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will build and deploy advanced machine learning models and partner with various business units to drive impactful, data-driven strategies. You will have the opportunity to mentor and develop a high-performing data science team while establishing and enforcing AI/ML best practices. An essential part of your job will be to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
