Must:

- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging and presenting to a variety of audiences.
- A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude towards change.
- Strong analytical skills, demonstrating an evidence-based approach to defining success using analytical data.
- Experience working in Agile environments, familiar with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- Highly motivated, hardworking, and professional, with the ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced situations.
- Proficiency in Google for Business and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our customer-facing mobile applications (iOS and Android).
- Execute a world-class mobile strategy that delivers measurable business value and a seamless, high-performing experience for millions of customers.
- Guide a dedicated cross-functional team, acting as the subject matter expert while balancing commercial goals with technical feasibility.
- Proactively engage and manage a diverse group of senior internal stakeholders to capture business needs, manage expectations, and effectively communicate product initiatives and associated risks.
- Establish and track core Mobile App performance, product health, and KPIs (e.g., conversion, retention, crash-free sessions), utilizing analytical insights and customer feedback to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions.
- Lead daily product efforts, guiding the development team (Developers, QA, BAs) through Agile/SCRUM ceremonies, ensuring clarity in requirements, and serving as the key driver for team progress and motivation.
Description
We are seeking a Lead Product Owner to work with one of our retail clients on a 6-month fixed-term contract, located in Leicester. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our mobile ecosystem and providing exceptional experiences for our users. While experience with mobile app technologies is desired, it is not essential. Your commitment and expertise will be pivotal in driving our mobile strategy forward.
