Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in software development, automation, or related roles with exposure to supply chain, finance, or business processes.
- Track record of leading automation projects through the full system development life cycle using agile or traditional methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or similar) preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for process improvement and driving transformative change.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate automation opportunities across business operations and shared services.
- Lead automation project management from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
- Oversee solution design, configuration, integration, and testing of automations/robots using leading RPA platforms.
- Mentor and build a high-performing automation team (developers, support, project managers).
- Own lifecycle documentation, business case development, and ROI reporting for automation projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and champion automation adoption across the company.
- Manage the Center of Excellence (COE) for automation, including governance and demand management.
