- Extensive experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Salesforce.
- Mandatory implementation experience with Salesforce Public Sector Cloud (PSS).
- A minimum of 12 years of CRM experience, including at least 3 years in the Public Sector or Energy & Utilities Services domain.
- Familiarity with PSS Cloud and a working knowledge of Government Digital Service (GDS) standards is preferred.
- Experience with CRM/Salesforce solutions is an advantage.
- Strong ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate them across various systems.
- Detail-oriented individual with a capability to quickly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team to resolve business and technical challenges.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a Trusted Digital Transformation Advisor for our customers.
- Engage in thought leadership within the Public Sector and Energy & Utilities industry.
- Lead and support business process innovation workshops.
- Oversee business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identify touchpoints in multi-cloud implementations.
- Assess customer business requirements and co-create a future vision for success, mapping it to Salesforce solutions.
- Provide input on the customer’s target architecture, phasing, roadmap, and transition architecture.
- Offer domain expertise and guidance to define solutions for customers on the Salesforce 360 platform.
- Collaborate with clients to develop CRM strategies and roadmaps that address both immediate needs and long-term strategic goals, leveraging Salesforce Platform and supporting technology.
- Work with Technical Architects, project teams, and implementation partners to finalize solution details and validate the proposed architecture.
- Review and provide guidance on design and infrastructure blueprints, while proactively identifying potential issues or risks.
