Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Senior Solution Architect in a large, complex IT environment
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, M365, Dynamics, and Power Platform
- Strong knowledge of cyber security, identity, integration, and data architecture
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF / ArchiMate)
- The credibility to influence senior leaders and diverse technical teams
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve enterprise and solution architectures
- Lead design assurance through governance and Architecture Review Boards
- Champion standardisation and minimal customisation
- Drive transformation across Azure, M365, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric
- Mentor and coach junior architects while shaping long-term roadmaps
