Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates with demonstrable experience in service change or project delivery roles. Familiarity with Agile software environments and tools such as Jira and Confluence is essential. I value excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. A proactive and adaptable attitude paired with a commitment to quality delivery is a must. Bonus points if you have prior experience on UK government projects, a technical background or understanding of software architecture, knowledge of ITIL and service lifecycle frameworks, or certifications in Agile, ITIL, or project management.
Responsibilities
In the role of Service Change Analyst, I expect you to collaborate with architects to deliver seamless service change integration. You will own onboarding activities across multiple Agile projects and maintain Jira backlogs while producing insightful service change reports. It is important to support and document the full lifecycle of service changes—from discovery to retirement. Effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders will be a key part of your responsibilities, along with playing a significant role in maintaining operational excellence within our Service Delivery function.
