Requirements
Must:
- Experience managing software delivery across multiple teams or workstreams
- Strong grasp of flow-based agile, Kanban, and programme-level planning
- Ability to identify structural blockers, cross-cutting risks, and big-picture problems
- First-rate communication skills for both technical and executive conversations
- Pragmatic, solutions-first mindset to bring order to ambiguity
- Preference for lightweight structure over heavyweight process
- Capability to align people, simplify complexity, and make delivery feel easy
Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery across several teams and projects, aligning on goals, risks, resourcing, and priorities
- Lead through Kanban and flow-driven practices to unblock teams and improve visibility
- Maintain lightweight governance with clear reporting, meaningful metrics, and traceable decisions
- Facilitate alignment and communication between engineering, technical leads, senior leadership, and clients
- Manage risks and dependencies by surfacing issues early and rallying the right teams around blockers
- Shape delivery frameworks and methodologies to support larger, more complex programmes
