Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Workday System Administrator with exposure to Workday HCM and Finance modules
- Strong understanding of integrations and reporting within Workday
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, global environment
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Workday HCM and Finance systems, ensuring optimal performance and functionality
- Oversee configuration changes, updates, and integrations across HR and Finance modules
- Act as the primary point of contact for Workday-related queries and technical issues for both HR and Finance teams
- Resolve support tickets promptly and liaise with Workday or third-party vendors when required
- Implement and monitor security controls, including user access and role-based permissions for HR and Finance data
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and global regulatory standards
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to identify system enhancements and automation opportunities
- Stay up to date with Workday releases and recommend new features to improve efficiency across both domains
