- Expertise in Workday integrations including Salesforce and other enterprise tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Workday Pro certification and familiarity with API-based integrations.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday solutions across Finance and HCM modules.
- Utilize Workday Extend to build custom applications and deliver innovative solutions.
- Develop and manage integrations between Workday and other business systems, including Salesforce and third-party tools.
- Ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on Workday capabilities and best practices.
- Stay current with Workday releases and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements.
- Drive automation and process optimization across HR and Finance functions.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards for HR and Finance stakeholders, ensuring actionable insights.
