Requirements
Must:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (3rd line equivalent).
- Proven ability to implement, configure, test, and maintain technical infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent knowledge of supporting enterprise network technologies including switching, firewalls, routing, and wireless products.
- Commitment to continuous learning and actively pursuing vendor certifications.
- Ability to follow and produce detailed technical documentation.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
Responsibilities
In this role, I am seeking a skilled and motivated 3rd Line Support / Systems Engineer who is passionate about designing technical solutions and delivering first-class 3rd-line support. You will play a key role in providing outstanding service to our customers and driving innovation across technical operations.
You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan, implement, and document technical solutions. Additionally, you will assist in transitioning solutions into live service while providing 3rd line support services.
