Requirements
Must:
We are seeking a hands-on PHP Software Developer with strong experience in full stack development, encompassing both front-end and back-end technologies. You should be self-motivated and able to thrive in a startup or small business environment. Strong documentation skills, particularly in system architecture, data flows, and process mapping, are essential. Knowledge of SaaS development, API development and maintenance, as well as secure development practices, is required. An understanding of application development and technology compliance, including InfoSec standards, is also necessary. Desirable, but not essential, skills include exposure to AI automation projects, experience with CRM and Customer Portal development, and a background in fin-tech or regulated industries.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to independently manage bug fixes and change requests, assist with process mapping, system diagram creation, and documentation. You will take ownership of specific projects and contribute to the design, build, and testing of new features. Additionally, you will develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and customer-facing applications while ensuring secure development practices, conducting automated testing, and managing version releases. It's also crucial that you maintain and enhance our InfoSec and technology compliance standards and support updates to the CRM and Customer Portal along with external integrations.
