Requirements
Must:
- A genuine, demonstrable passion for AI, with examples of projects, prompts, automations, or experiments built
- A working understanding of Claude and its benefits in the workplace
- Confident, hands-on prompt engineering skills for reliable, high-quality results
- Comfort working with AI tools and platforms beyond Claude (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Replit, and automation tools like Zapier or Make)
- Strong communication skills to explain AI concepts in plain English
- A delivery mindset with strong organizational skills
- Curiosity and a constant-learner mentality in a fast-moving space
- Critical thinker and problem solver with sound judgment around accuracy, data, and risk
- Literacy with everyday workplace tools (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets and Slides, or Microsoft equivalents)
- A team player who embodies our values: hard-working, passionate, caring, and knowledgeable
- (Desirable) Experience in or with a marketing or creative agency
- (Desirable) Familiarity with the Claude API, MCP servers, agents, or developer-side AI tooling
- (Desirable) Basic scripting or no-code/low-code skills (Python, JavaScript, n8n, Make, Zapier, Airtable)
- (Desirable) Experience running training sessions, workshops, or building internal documentation
- (Desirable) Understanding of data protection and responsible AI principles (GDPR, confidentiality, bias)
- (Desirable) Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Ads, GA4, Meta, LinkedIn, SEMRush, Hubspot, WordPress, or Shopify
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of existing workplace AI projects and drive them to delivery, ensuring they create measurable value
- Identify, scope, and prioritize new AI use cases across various functions including marketing, sales, account management, finance, and operations
- Design, test, and refine prompts, workflows, and agents that address day-to-day problems
- Build internal tools, automations, and integrations using Claude, the Claude API, and complementary platforms
- Run training sessions, workshops, and lunch-and-learns to build AI confidence among colleagues, with potential client-facing applications
- Create documentation, prompt libraries, and playbooks to ensure good AI practices are shared and improved over time
- Champion responsible AI use, setting guardrails around data, confidentiality, accuracy, and brand voice
- Track and report on AI adoption, time saved, and quality improvements
- Stay informed on the wider AI landscape and translate insights into practical opportunities for our agency
- Support client-facing teams in identifying AI enhancements while maintaining quality and ethics
