Senior Cybersecurity & Compliance Architect

In this role, you will define and lead the technical security direction across Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint, network, and cloud layers. Your duties will include translating framework requirements into practical, phased roadmaps for customer environments, performing environment reviews, and defining realistic uplift plans that balance risk, user experience, and operational impact. You will also interpret ISO 27001, CE+, NIST CSF, and CIS benchmarks into implementable technical actions, support structured assessments, and develop remediation plans with clear prioritization. Acting as a senior security advisor to customers at both technical and leadership levels, you will communicate security concepts clearly, tailoring detail to your audience, and present options with risk-based reasoning. Your technical delivery responsibilities will involve leading the end-to-end delivery of complex security transformation programs, designing and implementing Conditional Access frameworks, overseeing full Intune security baselining, and architecting the Microsoft Defender XDR stack. You will build out logging, monitoring, and incident response capabilities and validate end-to-end outcomes to ensure security uplift is embedded into operational practice. Additionally, you will work closely with our security-focused support desk analysts, providing hands-on mentoring and helping to define processes and standards that underpin Managed Security Services (MSS). Improving internal documentation, contributing to long-term planning for security service evolution, and providing architectural oversight across security projects will also be part of your role.
