Dynamics Business Central Project Manager

- I manage client delivery projects in accordance with our Project Methodology and processes (Microsoft SureStep) - I ensure projects are delivered per agreed contracts, managing any changes to scope, cost, or time through formal processes while keeping client expectations aligned - I build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with clients - I create and maintain detailed project plans for both client and internal projects - I create and maintain other essential project documentation - I proactively identify potential and active project issues and take ownership of resolving them, either directly or by delegating to appropriate resources - I agree on communication plans with clients for each project, conducting regular and frequent reviews of project status versus plan, risks, and issues, and re-plan as needed - I report on project status internally, in line with business requirements - I escalate any project issues as necessary - I coordinate resources needed to deliver projects, ensuring that schedules are realistic, achievable, communicated to clients, and ultimately delivered - I ensure efficient and complete transitions to support for any services implemented through projects, including raising client awareness of support processes - I work with other members of the Project Management team, remaining aware of impacts on other projects and allocating resources both for initial planning and ongoing needs - I proactively review existing processes and activities within the Project Management team, seeking opportunities for continuous improvement
