Responsibilities
- Lead user research activities across Discovery and Alpha
- Work collaboratively with Triad consultants, client teams, and partner suppliers
- Deliver research that informs service design and technology decisions
- Engage with a broad range of users and stakeholders to understand needs and pain points
- Translate findings into clear, impactful outputs for multidisciplinary teams
- Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and evidence-based design
