Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Eligible for SC level security clearance.
- Minimum of 8 years' hands-on experience in Microsoft development technologies, including demonstrable experience with Power Pages.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (preferred).
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (optional but valued).
- Nice to have: Experience building public-facing portals using Power Pages, experience with cloud-native services such as Logic Apps or Azure Functions, and GDS (Government Digital Service) experience.

Responsibilities
As Triad's Power Pages Developer, I will be responsible for:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, specifically focusing on Power Pages along with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and C#.
- Translating business requirements into robust, efficient, and secure Power Platform solutions, particularly for public-facing sites and portals.
- Developing, administering, and supporting Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, the M365 suite, Power Pages, and bespoke applications built using the Power Platform.
- Leading the design, configuration, and customization of Power Pages (portals), Dynamics 365, and SharePoint Online solutions, including plugin development and custom workflow assemblies.
- Delivering innovative solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online across all stages of the software development lifecycle.
- Creating both Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps, ensuring seamless integration with Power Pages where necessary.
- Working with Power BI to support reporting and data visualization requirements, especially where Power Pages serve external or public interfaces.
- Maintaining awareness of the broader Microsoft ecosystem and how Power Pages interact with other products.
- Applying core software engineering principles across platforms, languages, and domains.
- Bringing enthusiasm, initiative, and a solutions-driven mindset while contributing technical insights and continuously seeking ways to enhance development practices.
