Requirements
Must:
- Active Security Clearance
- Consultant mindset with an appetite for working in a variety of business domains
- Ability to work with agile delivery teams
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients, stakeholders, and end users
- Rigorous analytical thinking skills for defining MVP, epics, and user stories
- Familiarity with a range of techniques and methods applicable to different project stages, business domains, and delivery environments
- Business-focused approach to help clients define, measure, and realize objectives and benefits
- Effective communication skills to explain the why and what to clients and colleagues
- Motivated to deliver high-quality outcomes in all assignments
- Experience working in the UK Public Sector with understanding of the GDS Service Manual (nice to have)
- Scrum agile coaching experience (nice to have)
- Product owner or proxy product owner experience (nice to have)
- Waterfall project delivery experience (nice to have)
- Active contributor to communities of practice (nice to have)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Responsibilities

- Elicit quality requirements and business processes from end users
- Deliver exemplary business analysis throughout the full product lifecycle
