Requirements
Must:
- I am seeking an experienced GIS Developer with a background in the built environment.
- I require a strong knowledge of Esri ArcGIS tools and platforms, including ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, and Experience Builder.
- Proficiency in SQL data and spatial tooling such as PostGIS and GeoPandas is essential, along with the ability to build ETL/ELT workflows to ingest, clean, transform, and validate geospatial data from multiple sources.
- I am looking for someone who can evaluate new tools and explore AI methods to enhance our offerings to clients.
- Experience in interacting with both technical and non-technical staff members and translating business needs into technical solutions is a must.
Responsibilities
- I will expect you to establish GIS tools, data sets, and templates for client projects.
- You will deliver geospatial services across various sectors, including utilities, regeneration, healthcare, education, and sustainability.
- It is essential for you to integrate GIS with our existing digital services and support the development of digital twin initiatives.
- Collaboration with internal teams and clients to identify opportunities for digitization will be a key part of your role.
- You will engage with clients to represent and sell our GIS services.
- There will be line management responsibilities, with the potential for team growth in the future.
