- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
Responsibilities
- Own and define the end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture
- Ensure the new platform aligns with data governance, compliance, and security standards
- Lead the assessment and introduction of new Salesforce capabilities such as AI, automation, and low-code
- Act as the organizations Salesforce subject matter expert
- Promote Salesforce across the business, clearly demonstrating features and value to drive adoption
