Requirements
Must:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (or equivalent)/n- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a medium-large scale user environment/n- Flow design, sub-flows and automation skills/n- Strong data management skills/n- Familiarity with Conga Composer, D&B Connect, Hoovers integrations (ideally)/n- Experience using Azure DevOps for tracking work within CI/CD pipelines
Responsibilities
- Manage platform administration and configuration for BAU/n- Resolve support tickets and deliver enhancements across Sales Cloud/n- Automate processes using LWC and simple Apex actions/n- Ensure data management and quality/n- Administer integrations and security measures (e.g., connected apps, OAuth flows, permissions, SSO, MFA)/n- Provide support for Marketing and Account Engagement/n- Oversee environments and release management/n- Govern training and documentation processes
