Responsibilities
- Govern and optimise SuccessFactors Compensation, Variable Pay, PMGM, Succession, and CDP modules
- Own requirements definition, release assessment, and alignment to policies and standards
- Provide oversight of third-party configuration activity to ensure outcomes meet expectations
- Uphold compliance, risk controls, and system stability
- Support accurate and reliable payroll processes through strong HRIS governance
