Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in finance, specifically with MS Dynamics 365
- Excellent communication skills
- Stakeholder management experience
- Facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to produce high-quality documentation
- Experience in requirement gathering processes and methodologies
- Knowledge of project lifecycle and software development process
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., BCS Business Analysis Certifications) are desirable
- Experience as a Business Analyst with finance IT projects
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Demonstrable strong written and negotiation skills
- Confidence in facilitating groups and giving presentations
- Ability to work well with internal and external clients
- BPMN experience highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Gather, elicit, analyze, document, and manage requirements for projects
- Bridge the gap between stakeholders and functional/business requirements
- Produce, scope, process map, and integrate functional and technical specification documents
- Build relationships with stakeholders to understand and define requirements
- Maintain documentation and records at a high quality
- Prepare and present material to stakeholders
- Support business activities within end-to-end project delivery, including workshops, UAT, and training
