Requirements

- Background in 2nd/3rd line application support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
- Managing ERP support tickets within a team of three
- Providing 2nd/3rd line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Troubleshooting user errors, workflow issues, bugs, and configuration problems
- Identifying opportunities for process and system improvements
- Contributing to ongoing optimisation of a fully up-to-date SaaS environment
