Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain master data including suppliers, customers, user accounts, projects, and contracts.
- Investigate, resolve, and manage D365 data-related support tickets.
- Collaborate with third parties to resolve escalated issues.
- Conduct data cleansing, validation, and quality checks.
- Support ongoing data migration projects.
- Automate recurring data tasks to boost efficiency and reliability.
- Help maintain data governance and documentation standards.
