Access & Security Manager

- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Oracle Fusion security - Design, build, and configure roles, data roles, job roles, and security profiles within Oracle Fusion - Implement and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) aligned to business processes - Define and enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules, controls, and mitigation strategies - Validate and challenge System Integrator (SI) security designs and configurations - Support security testing, defect resolution, and audit readiness - Define and implement user provisioning workflows, approvals, and controls - Configure and manage user access directly within Oracle Fusion where required - Ensure effective control over joiners, movers, leavers (JML) processes - Support integration with identity and access management (IAM) processes if applicable - Act as Environment Manager across DEV, TEST, SIT, UAT, and PROD - Control and coordinate environment access, refresh cycles, and data controls - Align access to programme phases (SIT, UAT, cutover, hypercare) - Support environment setup activities, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) when needed - Review and optimise Workday security roles and access models - Ensure consistency in security design principles across Oracle Fusion and Workday - Provide technical guidance to Workday SMEs and SI partner - Ensure alignment with audit, compliance, and internal control frameworks - Identify, assess, and remediate access risks and SoD conflicts - Produce and maintain technical documentation, role design artefacts, and governance processes
