Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to develop, execute, and maintain robust automated UI and API test suites aligned with clear acceptance criteria. You will collaborate closely with developers to build a shared understanding of the codebase and ensure effective unit-level test coverage. Your tasks will also include designing, coding, testing, and documenting scalable, reusable solutions while following DevOps best practices. As part of the team, you will investigate issues, identify defects and risks, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Additionally, you will contribute to delivering secure, performant, and high-quality digital services, ensuring all governance standards are met. I encourage you to explore innovative approaches and adopt a fail-fast mindset to rapidly deliver value. Lastly, you will mentor colleagues in test automation, tooling, and best practices, and support the implementation of toolkits and APIs for integration, performance optimization, security, and scalability.
Description
For this fantastic opportunity, I am looking for individuals with solid knowledge of mainstream testing frameworks and libraries such as Selenium WebDriver, SpecFlow (BDD), and RestSharp. You should have experience with at least one mainstream programming language, such as C#, Java, or Python, along with a strong understanding of RESTful services and web-service testing. The ability to write effective SQL queries is also necessary.
