Responsibilities
- Create and maintain front-end and back-end components of our web applications
- Work on training and fine-tuning natural language models to improve our services
- Enhance the overall performance and accuracy of our existing services, including working on models such as random forests and neural networks
- Create, manage, and optimize databases to support various services
- Responsible for cloud and local system management to ensure high uptime, security, and performance
- Manage and optimize various web services
- Conduct load and stress testing to ensure robustness and forecast server costs
- Perform security assessments to identify and address vulnerabilities
- Perform QA for other technical staff members, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality of customer-facing documentation
- Provide technical support and interaction with customers, including internal clinical team members involved with data creation
