IT Support Engineer

- I need you to provide IT support to internal teams and, on occasion, external members, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues. - Managing our Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune environments, including user account administration, endpoint management, and introducing new policies and controls, will be part of your role. - You will oversee supplier relationships, handle equipment orders, and manage procurement. - Ensuring that new starters have a seamless onboarding experience by managing hardware, software, and account setup will be your responsibility. - Maintaining and updating our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure accurate asset tracking is required. - Administering and optimizing our HALO ITSM platform for effective incident and request management in alignment with ITIL v4 will be part of your duties. - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing automation where feasible will be crucial. - You will lead or participate in IT projects, including system rollouts, upgrades, and new tool implementations. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders and providing training on new tools and processes will also be part of your role.
