Requirements
Must:
- At least 2 years experience in an MSP-based Service Desk role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and Windows environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Proactive approach to tasks
- A UK driving licence is required
Responsibilities
- Administer and troubleshoot cloud-based systems and infrastructure
- Support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Manage virtual servers and endpoint solutions
- Configure networking, firewalls, and VPNs
- Provide technical support for Windows operating systems and servers
- Maintain backup solutions and security protocols
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage expectations
- Document processes and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to meet SLAs
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies
