- Provide excellent customer service by taking incoming service requests from clients.

Description
We are offering an entry-level role that does not require prior experience, as extensive training and development will be provided by the Technical Team Manager and peers. The position is office-based, from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. Additional hours will be expected after you pass the six-month probationary period, compensated at time-and-a-half or through time off in lieu. All additional shifts will be organized on a rota basis. We also offer several benefits, including company-paid quarterly events, a cycle to work scheme, an onsite gym, and a profit-sharing program. After successfully completing the standard six-month probationary period, you will also be eligible for performance bonuses and an annual profit share.
