Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years experience in a Remote Support or similar role within the IT industry
- Strong work ethics
- A high level of technical understanding and skill to complete a project from start to finish
- Passion for technology and how it can help drive client success and hit their business goals
- Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours on occasion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- A presentable and professional image
- A valid driving licence
Responsibilities
- Installing solutions as defined project for clients, ranging from single PC installations to full VoIP rollouts
- Implementing projects with minimal business interruptions or problems
- Mixing remote and client location installations
- Attending pre and post project meetings with clients
Description
We are an IT solutions provider committed to delivering exceptional technology installations to our clients. Our team works Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with additional hours expected post probationary period, compensated at time and a half or time in lieu. We offer a salary of £26,910 per annum, with up to £6,000 in performance bonuses and an employee owner profit share. We provide benefits such as paid training, company events, a cycle to work scheme, and access to an onsite gym. After a successful 6-month probation, team members become eligible for our performance bonus and profit share.
